Served 1995-2000 and 2006-2017
Participated in the development and implementation of regional projects and activities
Built a collaborative approach to improving the region’s compliance of financial and audit reporting
Encouraged leader development through education and training

Chair / Co-Chair, South Atlantic Regional Strategic Planning Committee

Conducted informational sessions during leadership/state meetings
Researched strategic plans of Divine Nine and like organizations for content and comparability
Created member survey focused on five primary areas: Training and Development, Collegiate - Alumnae Relations, Strategic Planning, Membership Re-entry and Reclamation, and Communication Flow
Developed the first South Atlantic Regional Five-Year Strategic Plan

Mentor, South Atlantic Region Leadership Fellows Program

Provided mentoring, guidance and coaching
Led sessions on leadership and shared leadership experience with program participants

Regional Conference Workshop Presenter / Facilitator

Conducted workshop training to include: fiscal policies and procedures, internal audit, collegiate financial planning, protocol and traditions, and leadership in Delta

Served to further the financial awareness of the region and its members as Member, National Finance Committee

Worked alongside the committee to present a full slate of candidates
Reviewed and revised the nominating process with the National Chair
Instituted and facilitated a question and answer forum during the ‘Meet the Candidates’ Plenary

17th South Atlantic Regional Conference Recommendations Committee Chair

Organized appointed committee to effectively deliver recommendations to the voting delegates and attendees
Worked with headquarters’ staff to ensure receipt of surveys, and encouraged member participation during the conference

11th South Atlantic Regional Conference Rules Committee Member

Developed rules to operate during the conference and delivered the report on behalf of the team to attendees
